If you are not happy with VioBright, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund you. This applies even if you have opened and used the bottle.
How to request a refund
Email us at hi@minisouq.me with your order number and a short note on why you would like a refund. Our Return Policy explains how to send the product back.
How you are refunded
Orders paid online are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in your name. We process approved refunds within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money in your account.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
