Return window
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery under our money-back guarantee.
What can be returned
Both opened and unopened bottles can be returned under the guarantee. For hygiene reasons, returned products are never resold.
How to return
- Email hi@minisouq.me with your order number.
- We will reply with the return details or arrange a courier pickup.
- Pack the bottle securely and hand it over.
- Once we receive it, we process your refund as explained in our Refund Policy.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, you do not need to send it back first. Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out.
